The NCGFA reserves the right to change pricing structure at any time based on unforeseen changes in market conditions due to things such as increased production costs.

The NCGFA will close all orders each day at 5 PM EST.  All orders after 5 PM EST will be assigned to the following day’s deadline.

Invoices will be generated and sent by 5 PM EST the next business day.

Customers will have 48-hours to remit their deposit from the time they receive our invoice via PayPal, Venmo, or Square.

Within 48-hours of receiving the customer’s deposit, the NCGFA will send a notification identifying the unique bronze stamp number assigned to the customer.

The NCGFA will periodically update our customers with the status of their bronze sculpture when certain milestones are met during the creation process.
